In the era of globalization and migration which intensify interethnic and intercultural tensions the state’s spiritual and value policy assumes greater significance. The author views spiritual and value policy as a means of establishing and sustaining a universally accepted framework of values that fosters harmony and understanding among diverse ethnocultural groups. The article underscores the importance of a holistic approach that encompasses various aspects of society including education, culture, legal frameworks and engagement with religious institutions. The article examines a specific case study — the experience of the Republic of Bashkortostan where the implementation of a spiritual and value policy has contributed to a reduction in ethnocultural conflicts and the creation of a conducive environment for peaceful coexistence.
